This movie is about story of three friends Nick (Jason Bateman), Kurt (Jason Sudeikis) and Dale (Charlie Day) who are just intolerable to their bosses and their bosses are intolerable to them. So to get away from them their horrible bosses (Kevin Spacey, Colin Farrell, Jennifer Aniston) they decides to make a plan to kill them as their is no other door to quit other than this.So the three goes to the bar and after too much drinks and a boost from an ex-con, they make a foolproof plan to get rid of their bosses. This means that they are now ready to blow the horrible Bosses with the best and awesome plan made by them to get rid of their bosses. If their plan works than they will be free from the frustration that they get everyday and live free.
